IPI will ensure your requirements are well understand by the factory, help to correct the non-conformities defected timely before the mass production.
During Production Inspection (DPI)
Production 30%-50% finished
During Production Inspection (DPI) is an on-site product inspection performed at the stage of about 30%-60% of the products finished and packed for shipping. DPI is used to check the products during the production and make sure that they conform to the client's requirements, timely confrol products appear bulk defects to avoid delays in delivery time.
Pre-shipment Inspection (PSI)
Production 100% finished,above 80% packaging finished
Pre-shipment Inspection (PSI), is also called Final Production Inspection (FPI). It is the most effective method that confirms the whole bulk's quality level. Normally it requires the production to be 100% finished and at least 80% of the products to be packed for shipping. The checked samples are randomly selected according to AQL standard.
Full inspection/100% inspection
Production 100% finished
Full Inspection is also called 100% Inspection. It is performed at the stage of 100% products finished. Each item of products is inspected and all defects are picked out, to ensure that the final products are in acordance with the client's quality standards.
